Procedure
Cut the fish into 2 cm cubes. Finely chop 4 garlic cloves. Roughly chop the bun with leaf parsley.
Mix the fish with garlic, leaf parsley, salt and black pepper, and put into the baking tray.
Place the butter on top.
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 20-25 minutes.
Serve with bread or mashed potatoes.
